As for the cover I took inspiration from many old Castle Cartoon ( For reference, https://www.amazon.com/Castle-Cartoons-Mickey-Mouse/dp/B0001U1IPK ) tapes and substituted Cuphead in. As for the tape itself I used "Practical effects". My laptop has an HDMI output, which went into an AV converter. The AV signal was then sent into a VCR where it was recorded onto a beat up old tape. This tape was then played through a VCR from the mid 80's and output through a T.V. of the same era. I think that was everything.
