I've got several pairs of loose fitting Champion shorts. These ones -> http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008HAS8IG?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage. I have both the medium and the large and I think the large would work under my belly through the rest of the pregnancy. But they do bunch up a bit while I run and I think for longer runs, my thighs would chafe a bit.

I think I'll try the 7" tight shorts I mentioned in my other reply and the Champion shorts I already have and see if either of those are comfortable for longer distances. And if not, I'll try the Tracker shorts.
