I'd stick to individual gifts OR one couples gift, not both.
For the girl, I'd get her a Game of Thrones-inspired throw blanket. I have one of these and can vouch for them being insanely soft. Then I'd add something more personal like a framed photo of you two to put up in her new apartment.
For the guy, maybe wine glasses and a bottle of wine? Could be perceived as a romantic gesture between you two, or he can drink the wine with the girl.
