Beyond that, there are legit children's chew toys that you could get her and make a big deal about it being the best most awesome thing to stick in her mouth ever, and always redirect her to one so she's got something safe.

Chewy Tubes makes something similar. I've never tried their products, but I've heard from a few people that the Chewy Q's are quite nice, so I'm betting the knobby chews are good too. Maybe search for "knobby" as well?
