For poo-splosions, I'm still trying to figure that out. I got a waterproof changing table liner from ikea that fits when tucked underneath the mattress but I'm a little nervous about it becoming undone in the middle of the night. I'm planning on ordering some different waterproof liners with elastic to see if they fit better.
