Budget?

edit: Well, no budget provided, so I'm going to guess it's around $100. If this is the case, you probably want to go with something more versatile than that Citizen you posted. That ends up being pretty casual with the canvas strap. I'd go for a metal band and a relatively simple face. An Orient Mako would be a great fit, and you could wear it with just about anything but a tux or an interview suit. A more formal Citizen or a Seiko would also be decent choices here. If you have a higher budget than this, it opens up some more interesting options.

How about this Hamilton? Or this Seiko Solar, or this Citizen Eco-Drive or Victorinox Original?, or a Pulsar if you can't afford those other ones.

And get a Nato band separately.

I couldn't find it online much - saw one displayed at a local Citizen store so picked it up. It's exactly this one (BM8180) but in black dial:

I'll add the model number when I get back to home (sitting in office atm)

Edit: It is BM8180-54E

I work in tech, so I see a decent amount of smart watches. Usually Samsung or Apple, but a few LG ones too. As for the non-smart watches, usually G-shocks or Invicta. I do see some Seiko solar from time to time though. Most people I come across aren't wearing watches though.

As for my family, my dad alternates between an Apple watch and this Citizen eco-drive that I gave him a few years ago.
