Our renter's insurance through Geico covers dog damage but I'm not sure if there's a deductible on it. Carpet is what usually gets damaged so if you can put aside the money to replace two rooms of carpet since it's a house you should be ok.
However with those two breeds you're looking at some really strong chewing for at least the first two years. Some dogs to go for things like baseboards so be ready to train against that. Also very strong nails can cause damage to carpet, hard wood, and doors. They do make door guards though to protect against scratches. This one has the highest Amazon reviews.
