I have a white cocoon silk liner. $30 shipped CONUS. https://www.amazon.com/Cocoon-MummyLiner-Natural-95-Inch-22-Inch/dp/B001DX5O6I/ Only used 3 nights on one trip, totally saved my bacon when I only had a 20F quilt and temps got down to 21F. Now I bring warmer quilts so no need for the liner :D

I believe you are referring to a bag liner. I use a thin silk liner personally. Just got it though. I will be testing it out this summer. Mostly using it to keep my bag cleaner. LINK to the one I own

I think it is way possible to sew one. Just get the material. Cut to shape and sew.
