A lot of people use this one for USPSA handloading. It supposedly works for up to 7,000 fps. It’s $100, so it’s pretty well made but doesn’t do anything super fancy (like bluetooth).
Personally?
Lee Challenger 50th Anniversary kit.. Last time I did the math, even with the pieces I don't use, it came out cheaper than the individual components.
I wouldn't bother wasting the weeks of trying to get the included measure to throw properly for pistol rounds and would have gone straight to the Lee Pro Auto-Disk with the Adjustable Charge Bar. That thing throws accurate enough for pistol plinking with a few modifications.
I'd also pop right off the bat for a Universal Decapper so I could decap before wet tumbling.
Oh, and I'd get a chronograph and tripod from the start, too.
For dies, I like Lee. I'd just snag whatever dies I needed. I'd also get the various bits and baubles: Bullet puller, digital scale, digital calipers, etc.
It's definitely a hurt your bank account option, but ProChrono, plus the indoor lighting kit will get you high accuracy results with much fewer random outliers. If you want to just go all out, then you add the optional Bluetooth adapter which lets you use their smartphone app to easily manage and export your data.
People will hopefully be posting perfectly good options that don't break the bank, but that's subjectively what I consider the "best."
You definitely need a chrono. Can’t know what effect any tuning had without one. I have one of these, works great.

As for additional mods and tuning. Check out hillairgun.com. Good selection, reasonable prices, and good descriptions to give you ideas.
I just got this one, haven't shot a gun through it yet but I was using it for archery during hunting season and it worked great
That's about 17.5 moa... I'd suspect that you might be going over the top of your target but it's hard to say. You could easily be high or low. The only way to be sure is to get chrono data for the load in your rifle. You can get a ProChrono for $100.
Yup.This is what I use
Does anyone know if the Competition Electronics ProChrono Digital Chronograph is any good? Seems to have a lot of positive reviews on Amazon.
I've heard people had problems with magnetospeed changing POI.
What do you think about labradar, superchrono or https://www.amazon.com/Competition-Electronics-538002-SSI-ProChrono-Chronograph/dp/B0028MTBJ4 ?

I have this one, got the bluetooth adapter too which works better than wired imo but not required.

Its hardly high end or precision but it has always been accurate enough to get me with in a foot or two at long range.
