Having owned that book I'd say the best thing you can do is throw it away. Well to learn Enochian the only book on the topic that is worth it's salt is The Complete Enochian Dictionary which is one of the most complete books on the topic.

Theban is at this point basically a replacement code, so you don't really need a book you need a chart, of which there is one in Lady Sheba's Book of Shadows and probably all over the internet.

Runes are another matter. There are tons of books on the subject, the language you would use to write the script is probably ancient Icelandic or ancient German or something like that. There is a series of articles called "Rune of the Month" where the author gets into the use of the runes magically and linguistically. He also has a really full bibliography in his introductory article. It might be best to start with his series and then move onto the material listed in his bibliography.
