It's free, and in it is a section describing the differences between LD and AP.

Don't worry, I'm fairly new myself. I've just done an insane amount of reading and have had my limited past experiences to draw on.

Also, this book is very science minded and can sometimes get kind of tedious, but that doesn't take from the fact that there is a lot of interesting stuff, as well as experiments.
