Honestly, I haven't gotten that far along yet in the videos even! And I haven't had a chance to read anything about S.G. yet. But I have to commend you for following the Eckhart Tolle books and being receptive to the message. The Power of Now truly changed my life, I have A New Earth but haven't finished reading it yet.

There are more books you may want to check out:

Also, please watch the movie/read the book "Conversations with God".

I haven't read My Big TOE yet: http://www.my-big-toe.com/

But one thing that seems to be pretty common among people who have become "enlightened" is that a lot of the information seems to be in common.

There is so much knowledge from the akashic records that is now coming forth, which is all according to prophesy, by the way.

I have personally had my own experiences and have been given a lot of knowledge that I like to share with others. It's amazing how often I find other people who have learned exactly the same things. We are all trying to find the words to describe the things we have learned, but much of this knowledge simply defies any explanation due to the fact that it comes from the infinite source of all knowledge. Humans can only comprehend so much in our 4-dimensional reality and with our limited physical brain capacity.

I haven't seen "DMT: The Spirit molecule" yet, but I'm going to watch that for sure, thanks.

I haven't seen this one yet, but it's all about ayahuasca and is supposed to be very good: http://www.cultureunplugged.com/documentary/watch-online/play/8339/Stepping-into-the-Fire

What is it about S.G. that you find to be B.S.?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sacred_geometry

If you've ever seen 4th or 5th dimensional fractal patterns (while tripping), or had any experience with psychedelics, you would know that the whole structure of our physical reality, and also higher realities is based upon fractal math and chaos theory.

My inclination is to be very open minded about this sort of thing. Also, I believe very strongly in spirits and higher dimensional entities, because I have honestly gained all kinds of knowledge and insights. I have had all of reality explained to me like a child, and I have been shown that I am a very, very old soul who has been through many reincarnations. I'm not speaking from Ego, so please don't take it like I'm trying to brag. But without even reading anything other than the wikipedia article on S.G., it seems totally solid as far as I'm concerned. I think you may be still closed minded. You have to remember that your Ego doesn't want you to learn all of this stuff, so it's going to keep whispering in your ear "don't believe all this shit, it's utter nonsense, it's absolutely crazy", that's your Ego talking, don't believe those lies. The real truth of reality is literally mind blowing. It should not be of any surprise to you that people thousands of years ago who were using all sorts of naturally occurring psychedelics, would have learned all sorts of geometry and math from the akashic records. Those records describe the very nature of multi-dimensional reality, and contain all of the infinite knowledge of the universe. This knowledge is coming forth at a rapidly accelerating pace, I am meeting people all the time who are agreeing with these things, and we are seeing lots of atheists being enlightened as well. Their eyes are being opened, whereas their (spiritual) eyes had been blind before.

Check out spiritism.

What I can tell you about Nassim Haremein (based upon what I've seen so far) is that he is incredibly knowledgeable, he's very smart and wise, but he uses such simple language and talks in a way that a child can understand. That is even more testament to his genius.

I would definitely advise you to be more open regarding S.G. you have to consider everything and not be too quick to categorize things as being nonsense just because you may not yet have the capacity to understand such things on such a deep level.

What is the deepest level of psychedelic experience you've had? I was once in a coma or (I think I died, honestly) for probably 6 hours, in a parking lot, I got stuck in a time loop at a very very heavy level 5 and it was so utterly mind blowing that I was changed like a different person from one day to the next. I shed so much Ego and negativity in my life, it was really incredible.

I sincerely recommend you read the book Conversations with God. You will probably find all your answers there.

I believe you. I am only now beginning to get in touch with the voice. Purely internal right now, as I've never really thought of doing it with someone else. What I do is write it down. Much like the Conversations with God guy did.

I can't tell you that any advice i can give you, will make you stop worrying, or will make you even fell slightly better about being worried. However i will offer a few words of advice that i recently heard that i will pass on (by the way while contemplating all this, you should listen to http://youtu.be/4mvFd21WSEU or any other of amazing Mogwai tracks)
Allow me to dispense some of my own personal advice and beliefs....

"Listen to me....
Keep your mind clear............. and that is it!
You will have peace of mind, my son (or dear) don't worry
Learn to adjust yourself"
Combine this thought with
" Do not let the past and useless details, choke your existence "

I can start talking to you about behavioral therapy, cognitive therapy, meditation, relaxation techniques etc... but the fact is that in order to for you to stop worrying is, that you need to realize that there is nothing to worry about. Whatever it may be...if you can learn to just appreciate every experience for what it is, separate yourself from what social norms you have been told, or know. Learn to just enjoy the moment, no matter how sad, scary, frustrating (this i have no mastered yet), weird, unusual, troubling..... I can't say that i am there, but i can tell you that i don't really worry, because i try not to think of past or future. Just try to enjoy what i have now, cause its always changing.

A while back i heard from a movie possibly (its were all great wisdom comes, from some Jewish screen writer)... " Stop, breath, the grass is green the sun will shine, you have nothing to worry "... No despite the lack of context with that, i interpreted this as, just a reminder to keep in my head to really just let go of all the things that worry me, because they really do not matter all that much... Whatever it is, it really is not as bad as it seems. One advantage that i feel helps is that i am not very emotional, i try to at all time be logical and rational, and not allow emotions to impact my thinking. This greatly helps.

I personally also recommend you read
Conversation with God: uncommmon dialogue (Book 1 first) --- http://www.amazon.com/Conversations-God-Uncommon-Dialogue-Book/dp/0399142789

I advise you to read this book, but with NO conceptions of what you know..pretend you are an open book and this book is going to either be the beginning of a chapter in your life. Oh and don't worry its not some religious christian book.... I am so no religious its not even worth going down that road... actually i am anti religion full stop (but that is a different topic).

Hope this helps,
and if it doesn't, i am not worried haha : )

You would LOVE the book Conversations with God, Book 1 by Neale Donald Walsch. Everything you just said is in that book.

The author claims that God wrote the book. I'm not certain if that's true or not, but it's fascinating regardless.

I'm an artist and I struggled with food for many years of my life. I used the food as a distraction from my problems and the fat that I put on as a protective shield of sorts. I also had anxiety about leaving the house for a few years. I've had a fear of failure in regards to my art almost my entire life. Just this year I got over that(and sold my first painting shortly after!).

There was so much that I did to get out of my funk. The first step was realizing that I was in an unhealthy relationship with food. Then I realized that I had an unhealthy relationship with my body. I began to read books and articles about nutrition, healthy body image, relationships, states of mind, psychology, sociology. I youtubed and googled a lot. TED talks are good too. You can get books shipped to your house.

After a while I decided to cut out all people in my life that hurt me or were continuing to hurt me(whether they knew it or not). I realized that I deserved better than what they were giving me and how they were treating me. I decided I was through with toxic relationships. It was hard at first and I felt guilty but I realized that me and my happiness should be my number one priority, not the happiness of others. What really opened my eyes was, once I cut those people out of my life without even telling them I was going to, I never heard from them again. It just showed me how much I let people use me.

As for my family, most were cut off(I was tired of the screaming, the manipulating, the drama) and I limited my interactions with the ones I kept in contact with. I decided I needed to be with myself for a while and worry about me.

I went through my belongings and got rid of anything tied to anyone that had caused trauma in my life. I donated clothing. I burned pictures, letters, papers, cards, etc. Then, I just went through my things and donated stuff I didn't use anymore. I felt a HUGE weight lifted after I did this.

Shortly after, I began journaling in a text editor on my computer. I still dealt with crap at work, so I had lots of stuff to say. Plus, taking care of myself was a new thing and I had lots of thoughts about that. I just wrote out whatever my feelings were and then deleted them immediately after writing. I didn't want to keep it around.

A few years down the road I was jobless. I also began to fear leaving the house. I had lots of time on my hands and began a spiritual journey and soon realized that my body and interactions were outwardly mirroring issues I had inside myself. My husband suggested trying Deepak & Oprah's 21 day meditation challenges. They are free while the challenge is current and a new one pops up every few months. Just sign up for free. You don't have to buy a single thing. You just need to give a real email address so you can keep up with your journals if you choose to do them.

During the first year that we did those meditations I found a book called Conversations with God. It was very interesting and soon after I found an Eckhart Tolle book. Which lead me to another book. He has some amazing things to say about life, thoughts, all kinds of things. Some other books I came across were by Deepak. He's a medical doctor but also speaks about meditation, food, spirituality, etc. His most famous book is this one. You might find this one on addiction helpful. I saw Iyanla Vanzant speak once and found that she had some books that would be of use to me. They might help you too.

To get myself out of the house, I started with one day at a time. I would do one errand every two weeks outside of the house. I would have to force myself to get up, get dressed and get out but I would do it. I would bring someone along with me most of the time. Then, after a few months, I changed it to going out once a week and alternated whether or not someone would go with me. Next was a few times a week. Which is where I'm at currently and I'm completely happy with this and can leave the house whenever I want if I have a car without any worries.

As far as exercise goes. You can do seated exercises and desk workouts.

It might help to give yourself a time line or a calendar for getting things done. I find monthly calendars with my days broken down into activity times work for me. I use different colored pens or markers for different things. Going out of the house is black, taking care of my animals is blue, doing projects is green, working on something with someone else is pink, reading books is silver, meditation is light blue, doctors appointments are purple.

Remember that the change is probably going to be gradual but you CAN do it. Be gentle with yourself, especially when things don't go the way you want or are harder than expected. The work you put in will be worth it when you begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel my friend. Imagine what it will be like when you are out in the light! Good luck.

There are 7-8 books that follow it and it covers every aspect of life. I wouldn't know how to answer your question because there are so many different aspects of life but in a nutshell, my life seriously improved. I spoke to others that read these books and all of them say the same thing. It's an exciting roller coaster ride all the way through and at the end you should be a brand new person but a whole lot more powerful.
