The Masterbox is a good option for that motherboard. Not the cheapest, but definitely cool looking.

edit: You could also go with the Lite version to save some $$.

Coolmaster makes amazing cases, I have been overly pleased with mine. I think this is right up your ally: http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/masterbox-lite-5-rgb/

Though the CM series might be better for you: http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/cm593/

I have a CM something, it has the ability to top mount fans across the entire top. I have 2 120 MM pulling air down into my case along with a back top and front bottom 120 pulling air in to create positive pressure on the inside of the case. It keeps fresh cooler air always coming in and the positive pressure means dust can get in an build up as easy.

How does this compare to something like the Ninja II mid tower or Amazon's discounted Master Lite 5?

I am building my first PC and still learning. Is there anything I should look into when it comes to cases besides their look?

Seems like a decent quality case for 50 bucks. And I only care about having an ATX case for future upgrades. This is just going to be a starter build. I don't have the money to just throw Alot at it at once but I can slowly upgrade Alot easier. And I want something to play on in the mean time
