The 1070 will do just fine with the 4670K, and 8GB RAM is enough, for now at least. The only thing I would be fearful of is that power supply. If you get a 1070 that thing may blow up and die. I'd recommend you get a Palit 1070 (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Palit-NE51070015P2-1043D-GeForce-1070-Graphics/dp/B01IPVIIAY) and a Corsair CX600 Builder power supply (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B009RMP44O). That's around $500 Euro or so I believe. Sorry, I'm a burger and money conversion is hard.

I've had the 6300 a while now and it's served me well but I'm looking for an upgrade. The only thing I'd change is the power supply. You'll probably be okay with 500W but it's pushing it a little, for future upgrades I'd recommend going with the Corsair 600W, as if you end up getting new components they'll probably get up to 550-600W.

As far as I remember the Corsair is pretty cheap and shouldn't make a big difference. However, I only used the 600W for a few weeks some time ago and currently use a 650W (which I would recommend but is twice the price of the one in your list).

[Corsair Builder Series CX 600] (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B009RMP44O?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00)

I fixed the link, this is my
[PSU] (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-Builder-Series-Bronze-Supply/dp/B009RMP44O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1375038497&sr=8-1&keywords=corsair+600w)
Hm, so you are sure that I'd need a better PSU?

Also, could anyone tell me whether or not microstuttering is
still a big problem?

I've looked around and found this, would this be a decent PSU?
