If you've already gotten some pus out but can't get the rest, get some hydrocolloid bandages (you can get pimple specific ones on amazon or just buy blister bandages like this at your local drugstore). Keep replacing them until they aren't turning white anymore. Keep your hands off and don't attempt to squeeze it anymore. At this point you are likely damaging your skin underneath, which is causing swelling and pain. Use a cool compress and NSAIDs (advil) to reduce the pain and swelling.
