My bad. It's called "The ArtScroll Tanach Series with Mesorah; ספי דניאל Daniel / A New Translation with a Commentary Athologized from Talmudic, Midrashic, and Rabbinic Sources" by Hersh Goldwurm. Amazon Link
If I had the cash I'd buy the whole series... it's excellent. Hard to read with the right to left, but excellent.
EDIT: Rambam's commentaries are included in the book to, which is another reason I like it.
