But if people were considerate they might consider not smoking right there. Or buy something like this. An ash tray they could carry around to put their used butts in. I've never even heard of someone doing this. Therefore I consider smokers inconsiderate by default. It's not like I have a gum addiction and go around throwing gum wrappers everywhere when I can't find a trash can.
