Not sure why you are getting these responses, it seems available to me. Got these from the official website, i'm sure there are more places to buy them. This is in Europe tho, might be different elsewhere.

I guess you are from the US? There is currently no PC collector's edition available for the US. Germany has the collectors edition listed on amazon. It's marked as exclusive for Amazon.de and is sold out though =/

Try to preorder from amazon.de, at least that worked for me (Amazon UK can't deliver Dark Souls to my country, but Amazon DE can).
