This sub tends to be desktop focused. Check the benchmarks of those games with an MX150 and a GTX 1050 though. Both should be doable within your price range, but the MX150 may leave some room for other features.
For example
This may give you some nice bang for your buck and probably have good battery life https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834316529&cm_re=mx150_laptop-_-34-316-529-_-Product
This will give better performance https://www.amazon.com/Dell-G3-Gaming-Laptop-G3579-5965BLK-PUS/dp/B07C9J1PY6/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1539725234&sr=8-4&keywords=dell+g3+15
If battery life is important, go with the 8250U. It gets about 3x performance per watt, which is roughly 80% more battery life when you factor everything else in. I have a 8250U laptop and I have to be seriously negligent to actually run out of juice. I've also had a HQ type laptop before, and those rarely last 4 hours without a plug.
As far as the newer generation, this is the 4/8 8th Feb it but it's currently on back order and I'm not sure of the availability in India. It would also have a hard time getting 4 hours of battery life, although it would be noticably faster at heavy computation.
You can consider the Dell G3 Gaming Laptop which comes in slighter under budget but will be able to manage the games you listed comfortably as well as CAD. Build wise it is solid and should not break easily or quicky and it is easily upgradable if you want more RAM or storage

Thanks for the recommendation I hadn't looked at that one before, here's the one I found on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Dell-G3-Gaming-Laptop-G3579-5965BLK-PUS/dp/B07C9J1PY6?th=1
The one issue that I might have with it while I was reading the reviews was the screen quality for graphics and the plastic used for the body/screen. I have a 6 year old macbook that's on it's way out so I'm used to having retina display and high quality hardware but maybe that's something I need to get over lol
Hey there. This Dell G3 looks like it would be pretty good for what you are looking for. It costs about $760 and has good specs like:
I personally like its simple design that doesn't reek of "epic gamer style." Good luck!
first of all, get well soon fam!
theres tons of cheap laptops out there available for light gaming, you could probably look into the dell g3 for gaming, although id suggest you get a cooling pad alongside it cause thin gaming laptops tend to get very hot
here's a link i found for the g3 - https://www.amazon.com/Dell-G3-Gaming-Laptop-G3579-5965BLK-PUS/dp/B07C9J1PY6

at your budget, get a gaming laptop, a thin one :)
What do you think about Dell G3? It's $882 on Amazon with 16% OFF now!

Then the Dell G3 would be a good option, however important to keep in mind that the build quality is poorer and thermals will be worse. If you're doing light gaming, it might be a smaller issue, however still evident.
I recommend the dell g3 15. This one is $630 and this one is $720 but a lot faster.

you can probably run both games fairly smoothly with these laptops... Though not sure about that last one, I guess it sorta depend on how hard you gonna mod your skyrim... It's definitely powerful enough for the vanilla tho running on medium/high with more than 60 fps. The first two you can probably play most modern games with as well.
I would take a look at the Dell G3 laptops on Amazon.
