Those will test normal urine parameters, I think pH and Specific gravity are the only ones that the NIDA 5 pre employment test strip cups look for (i could be wrong, it's been a while).

Tolerance depends on how frequently you smoke, how much you smoke, and how long you've been smoking. It also depends on your weight and how much fat you have (THC is fat soluble).
