Plaquenil is usually tried before biologics and metho, so definitely give it a try if you've already been on metho. Lots of people report good results with it. It gave me the shits something fierce, though, so keep an eye on your stomach if you get put on it. Besides it, there are other disease altering drugs they may try you on; IDK what since your goal is to get pregnant soon and I've always done everything I can to avoid that so I never had to check anything on that, lol.
