I like to use teflon tape (pipe tape, whatever you want to call it). Lots of listings on amazon like this.
Just wrap layers around the peg (or lay over the base connection) until you get a snug fit.

It's a pretty solid metal bed. I don't own it, but worked in the beds area for about a year 80% of the time. Two tips I'll give you, for any metal bed in general, pick up a roll of teflon tape (I use this for brewing purposes as well https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003D7K8E0/). Apply to any metal on metal connection. It seals better, and reduces noise. After assembling, and using the bed for a few weeks, go back and tighten all the screws again.
