What's helped me a lot is not eating 3 hours before I go lay down, eat healthy at dinner, and a Wedge pillow. I got a 7" Wedge pillow. It's high enough to prop me up but low enough so I can use my fav pillow. I do regret not getting one with more memory foam on it, but they climb in price fast.
