I have a cheap plastic one like this that a previous boyfriend bought for me because he was into it. I always liked it. I made the mistake of getting a regular pussy pump this one maybe? and it basically takes 2-3 pumps before my labia are pressed up against the sides.
Maybe those pussy pumps are made for people with really short labia or something, but if for people with naturally puffier labia, I'd say a penis pump might be better. Though I've still yet to pick one up for myself. I've just seen other women get some really nice effect with them.
An important piece of advice I got from the husband of a much more experienced pumper - the stuff you see in videos and pics are the result of a lot of practice.
