A bit pricey and you have to be really careful when installing but it worth its in the end.

The only screen protector for any phone with a curved screen I personally can recommend is the [Whitestone Dome glass](http://www..com/ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078JR1HTN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_2ecJAbSCNS396) It's an ordeal to get it on but it works phenomenally once it's on.

The problem with most screen protectors that curve is they only have adhesive around the curves or on the flat which cause the screen to lift or become less responsive. With the dome glass it uses a liquid adhesive and a uv light to cure the adhesive so there no air bubbles, and no loss in sesnitivty. I highly recommend watching a few YouTube videos of the isntallation process before attempting to put it on.

I have had mine for about 3 months now and no issues. The one on my mom's Galaxy so has been for like 8 months and still fantastic.

I have the Dome Glass screen protector on mine with the defender at it works great. There is a hair of space between the screen protector and the case so dust can get in but overall, I am very happy with both products and well worth the money for a great phone.

Normal with screen protectors on curved glass, because they only have glue on the sides. You would need one of those full screen uv glue kind of tempered glass to get rid of it. There are some expensive ones on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Dome-Glass-Protector-Dispersion-Whitestone/dp/B078JR1HTN but you can find them cheaper on ebay/alieexpress.

If the Zagg one sucks, I'd ditch it. If it suits you better than other screen protectors, you might just have to be careful for however long it takes to get the replacement.

You might even be able to slap a cheap plastic one on while waiting for the Zagg screen protector.

I did hear about the Dome Glass screen protector being pretty nice, but it is significantly more expensive. The installation seems to be as fool-proof as possible, but it's more intimidating than other screen protectors.

I can't say for sure because I don't have a tempered glass screen protector (I don't have a screen protector at all because I am a glutton for punishment, I guess). But this one has been in my Amazon cart for about four months. I've heard REALLY great things about its ease of application and quality - probably why its pushing $50.

I actually just ordered the Whitestone Dome Glass protector. It's pretty much the only non-matrix tempered glass one that has good reviews. Pretty highly recommended from Reddit people. It costs quite a bit and installation is a bitch but kinda worth it for a $950 phone I suppose.

It's crazy expensive for a screen protector, but it's perfect. The application is kinda tricky and I had to redo mine after it didn't work the first time, but it really does work.

Now I have to disagree. I bought the Whitestone Dome screen protector and it's been solid. Well worth the price. The results are undeniable. Just my two cents.

You need an RMA. Any hardware base issues you are having shouldn't be there. My fingerprint works 99.99% of the time on the first try. AS for gboard just tell it to add your wife's name to dictionary. Not sure what you want here, this dimming/sound seems pretty standard when dealing with a oled/stereo. Definitely an outlier, Pixel 2 XL is by far the best and smoothest android out there, save maybe MAYBE the S8.
