I would shop around for better prices. I just grabbed the first result on Amazon. I buy them at CVS. I think Amazon had it for like two dollars cheaper than I've found it in store.
Just put some in the palm of your hand and just put it all over your penis until it’s all liquefied and coated. No need to fully massage it in. Coconut oil is good for your skin anyways.
I’m not a doctor btw but I have used some OTC steroidal creams before just to get it under control quickly but don’t use that for more than a few days. After a few days of the hydrocortisone use a coal tar topical till it’s all cleared but try the coconut oil first as there are no side effects with that really. Steroidal creams can thin the skin with prolonged use but a few days won’t do much harm.
If you go the coal tar / steroid route I like this cream as it doesn’t have a really strong coal tar scent and is a little more mild and moisturizing compared to other coal tar ointments or creams.
