This backpack was linked lower in the thread. Maybe this clear backpack with a ‘privacy’ cover will work. It might not be big enough for you, but if you have someone going with you they can hold the rest in a second backpack. Also, if you contact Niantic and tell them you will have your stuff in searchable plastic inside a different bigger pack, maybe that would work.
