Hmm, I guess google will bring riches but I don't have any specifc recommendations - my knowledge on the subject comes from studying psycho-pharmacology at university. Can't even recall the names of my, now boxed up, text books.
(Edit: I found one of the best of them online : Drugs and Human Behaviour http://www.amazon.com/books/dp/0205750524) I worked on a couple of papers for Nicorette via my professor, and enjoyed the subject very much.
