EDIT: We sometimes play a penalty version of the original, for when people describe the wrong thing eg: On the card it said Gestapo - the guy then proceeded to describe Gepetto - Pinocchio's maker - so he had to take a penalty shot, which of course leads to more mistakes
If you haven't already got it, Articulate is a superb party/ board game night game. Its charades but done vocally, against a timer. Its also a team game, and works well with 6+people.
