I am not a doctor, but I do have a doctor's clearance to take one of these pills every night and to take a dose of this twice a day. My gastroenterologist said that I could continue on this regimen indefinitely if necessary with no ill effects, so unless you have IBS or other complicating conditions you might want to try it as well.

Works every time for me. To be quite fair, it's not a nice experience but cleans the system out (which isn't a bad thing every once in a while), the sex won't be messy and one has a flatter tummy after that = sexy time success
