For terrain you can look for "Dungeon tiles master set" or any of the pathfinder dungeon tiles, like this one, they're affordable, can be configured to your needs and have lovely art imo.

If you have an ipad, I cannot reccommend Encounter+ enough, that app really makes DM'ing so much easier for me. No more worrying about keeping track of initiative and monster HP on scraps of paper. Plus you can load in a compendium xml and get a full library of spells and monsters up in there. Or you can just add your own custom creatures and Player characters as well.

Ok, so I can't seem to find most of the tiles, all I can find is the box set of Dungeon Tiles: City (http://www.amazon.com/Dungeon-Tiles-Master-Set-Essential/dp/0786955716/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1323017043&sr=8-2). I can't tell if there are more tiles than came with this box set, but it's pretty packed full of tiles, which leads me to believe some of them are in there. I also have an unopened Arcane Towers Tile set (DU4). I'm going to do some more digging around to see if I can find where they ran off to, but not sure if that will turn up anything.

I did find two more 4E books, the players strategy guide and the Dungeon Delve book.

I'm very interested in your cards, minus the pre-built ones, Let me know what you think.
