Going off this Amazon Preview, it doesn't look like it's the good map pack.

Even though the back panel mentions they're intended for use with dry erase markers, it's pretty underwhelming since they aren't the battlemat sized.

Depending on how much you want to put towards this, they sell pre-printed maps (includes cards for the Undermountain secrets and Elder Runes)

I haven’t seen DotMM, but from what I gathered from Waterdeep, this is a deliberate and intentional move. In the books now, they print simple B&W maps that are easy for the DM to transcribe onto a game mat, and they sell high quality map packs separately.
