I'm in the US, so it's relatively easy to get these things. The hardest thing to find is going to be a drill, I don't own one rn hahaha. Would something like this get the job done?

One question though, what's the 2nd tube for then? Wouldn't you only want to inhale from it and keep the vapors inside?
