I've been going to electrolysis for 18 months, so much learned... First off, make sure you are getting blend, not thermolysis. Lidocaine cream is necessary, put on at least an hour before, and then covered with plasic. Either use Saran wrap or cut plastic bags. This helps the cream from drying out. When getting work done around the mustache and lips, use orajel, on and under the lips. I also take Ibuprofen. And after the session, use ice packs.
