It looks like they are about $30 new for this brand. It's a newer piece, and I've heard that the surface isn't as good as the old stuff. IIRC, it has more of a pebbled texture, not a smooth texture (on a small scale).

If you have tools or know someone who does, an angle grinder with a wire brush will make quick work of that, and then you can start from scratch by re-seasoning it.
