Did you read the exam ref? It's not great compared to the SQL exam refs I've read in the past, but it gave me a heads up on some areas I didn't know anything about, and I passed.

The Microsoft training resources for the dev exams are woefully out of date. If you are looking for online resources I would look for training for the 70-486 exam https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/exam-70-486.aspx .

This book is pretty good and seemed up to date with the information on the exam.
