Okay. I’m looking at getting a sharpening system. I have no idea what I should get based on the bevels of the knives I want sharpened. I have looked at all of the different systems and there isn’t a single solution that I’ve found yet.

The problem: I have a BM infidel and BM 67 that require different angles than the Shun kitchen cutlery that I own. I also have a plethora of other knives that I haven’t researched their bevels yet. I don’t have much experience with sharpening these knives and I’d like to get a sharpening system that’s capable of doing everything. Is there a solution out there that can solve my dilemma?

Edit: I did buy this when I got my knives but it has a 20 degree bevel guide which isn’t what Benchmade uses for their bevels. What’s up with that?
