EDIT: The closest thing I have found is THIS GUY but you have to activate it yourself. I might just get it though since it appears AB has no plans to launch in the US and it's unclear for how long they'll keep the service active.
If you still want one in the USA, I also found THESE two POSTS stating that you need to be able to download the app (which you can do by fooling iTunes). You can buy the lights - at $100+ markup - on eBay.
