I used a spray like PAM except it was olive oil instead of butter. I find when I use bottled oils or melted real butter, I also have the sticking problem

Also, I think the anodized aluminum pan helps a lot with that

Here is the link to the pan I used as well.. If you buy it, make sure you DONT buy from any of the sellers except MMP Living. I went through 4 other sellers and got fraudulent pans which were wrecked inside of a week. They all sell crappy Chinese knockoffs. Check the comments section on the site and you'll see the complaints.
