While a movie or show didn't teach me anything in particular, when I first saw The Craft in 96 it made a friend and I realize there was a belief system other then Christianity. That day we started scouring the primitive search engines of the time.

We stumbled upon this site and that site, eventually found a web ring, clicked through it devouring each page of text in awful colour combinations or white text on black background.

Equipped with terms we went on Amazon and found names of books to look for. We checked my library and the one in his town (friend from tae kwan do), we checked bookstores at malls. We got anything we could and devoured it. He 12 and I 11. Now in our 30's, while states separate us, we both still practice our own variations of pagan beliefs and continue to explore all those out there.

Hell, Aaron even made a tabletop roleplaying game that uses tarot for character generation https://www.amazon.com/Fatecrafter-Aaron-Haltom/dp/1545351023/

So I'd say that I indirectly learned all of my magick from The Craft.
