These are amazing photos! That fourth one reminds me of the cover of the book Finders Keepers.

I used to hunt for arrowheads when I was younger. Good for you for this.

People who don't hunt don't know. Stuff found on the surface has no archeological value. Museums have more s--- than they can handle and don't want more.

A good up to date read on archeology in the US today is Craig Childs' book Finders Keepers: A Tale of Archeological Plunder and Obsession

Childs is an excellent writer and former arrowhead collector himself.
