Fit & Sleek Prenatal Physique- Prenatal Workout is the one that kicks my butt. It's got 6 different 15 minute workouts and a 5 minute warm up. I like it because i can totally con myself into doing 20 minutes (and then tell myself, well, another is just 15 minutes more...).

Just want to second u/jaynkier's advice here, which is spot on! Two prenatal workouts that I really like (that are intermediate level and have weight/dumbbell options) are: Leah Sarago's fit and sleek (https://www.amazon.com/Prenatal-Physique-Complete-Pregnancy-Training/dp/B00JJSDPBA) and Suzanne Bowen's BarreAmped sleek and toned (https://www.amazon.com/BarreAmped-Sleek-Toned-Prenatal-Workout/dp/B00SCJ56HI/)—this one is a bit light on core work, so I supp. with exercises like planks and side planks. Hope this helps and good luck!!

What kind of routine are you looking for? There are lots of pregnancy workouts on YouTube that you can look up- or DVD's off Amazon (I went with this one, based off reviews).

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to do much, because this pregnancy has kicked me in the butt- so I'm mostly walking right now for my workouts.

I took a 3-week break from exercise after my ovarian torsion except for going on long walks 1-2 times per week per my midwives suggestion. I was antsy the whole time though, so when I went in for my GTT on Monday I asked about starting exercise again and they encouraged me to do so slowly.

So this week I've been doing Fit + Sleek Prenatal Physique 15-30 minutes per day just to ease back into it. It feels great to be exercising again, and some of her stretches are amazing! Feeling that burn after my 3-week hiatus though.

I will miss running, but I'll get back to it post-birth.
