I have a 80 foot tree in my yard. Options:

Cheap: Big Rake + leaf scoops. Don't bother with a normal sized rake.
If large quantities: Big Rake + Leaf Shredder. This will make the leaves use up 10 times less space in your garbage can.
Or: Big Rake + Blower Vac. The blower vac will mulch it up, and make the leaves use up less room in your garbage bags. Its usually quicker to rake into piles, then vac it up.
If on lawn: Petrol lawn mower with 4 blades. The rotating blades have some suction.
