The smallest <$50 warm white 18650 light available on Amazon that I can think of is the Folomov 18650S.

I had a MH12 and liked it. I put a warm 90CRI LED in it though.

Check out the Folomov 18650S

The Manker MC11 seems to be a decent light too.
