I lived in these post reduction. I bought them in size 44 and 42. I was a 38HH pre reduction and am now a 40DD 6 months post op. The 44 was great for the first couple weeks and then the 42 was better once most the swelling went down. They were also cheap enough that I wasn't upset when I got blood or gunk on them. And I was able to buy a lot so I wasn't having to constantly wash them.
