I'm 21w and will probably need to stop running soon due to round ligament pain, but at least it won't be the "need to pee" feeling that stops me.
Oh I haven't seen one like this yet! I got one more like this one and I love it. Maybe that one will be better when you're bigger? I don't know. =/
