This belly band helped me not feel like I have to pee so much when I run: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000WFTHN4 It keeps everything compressed and supported so baby isn't sloshing around against my bladder. I'm 21w and will probably need to stop running soon due to round ligament pain, but at least it won't be the "need to pee" feeling that stops me.
