Step 1: Tell your parents to spend an hour a day searching for anxiety treatments for you, because it's impossible to help yourself when you have an anxiety disorder [e.g. find a psychiatrist that specializes in anxiety, get genetic testing (e.g. genomind) to find out which medications you should take and which ones you shouldn't take, and have them buy you anxiety-relieving medicines each week that you can test and alternate (e.g. cannabis with THC or CBD only if you're not willing to buy off the dark net and live in a cannabis-free state), kratom, ashwagandha)
Step 2: Go to a psychiatrist (that specializes in anxiety) and test different pharmaceuticals (e.g. different SSRI's, benzos- (take them a couple of times a week, alternating with your anti-anxiety herbs)
Step 3: Buy memantine; I've been taking it for 3 weeks and by day 11 (first day at 20mg) I felt like my normal self, before I developed an anxiety disorder (10 years ago).
Step 4: Become an academic ghostwriter (you can make a quick ad on Craigslist or join a company, you already know how to do it, because you've been a student your whole life, and it's extremely low-anxiety with no awkward human interaction required)
*I've had significant anxiolytic effects from all of these herbs and pharmaceuticals (except for Isodiol's Calm spray; I have the crystals)

You can be a completely different person, a person that you love, are proud of, and that feels well and happy in just a day.
I have the same kind of meh feeling. I take Gaia’s ashwagandha root. Anybody have experience with this brand and any suggestions for any other brands?
Hey there again name buddy!
I had a question about the Ashwagandha. I think this might help me the most after reading about it. Do you know if this brand is any good? There's like a million out there but this had the best reviews. I got 5-HTP coming Tuesday and I stocked up on fruits and veggies and fish. Luckily I was preparing to taper anyway even before I learned about the ban and started eating 3 meals a day again and taking multivitamins.
