Make sure your dentist knows about your gp, and that you throw up a lot more than most people. On my last visit my dentist noticed my teeth were no longer shiny, but dull, and this indicated enamel erosion. They gave me a tube of enamel building paste that's not available OTC. My erosion isn't too bad at this point, but I recommend talking to your dentist directly about your concerns.
