I was wearing a size 12 when I got pregnant, and am probably a solid 14 now. Was in size 8 underwear. I ordered these in XXXL and they are comfortable. It's funny wearing XXXL underwear but hey, made in China and everything. As long as my ass is comfortable.

I've been wearing my regular underwear still, the hipster kind that have lacy cheeks. They're stretchy up top and can fit under my growing belly, and won't constrict my butt.
I've been wearing these and have been really happy with them so far. Just keep in mind that these are done in the super-unflattering Chinese sizing - aka, look at the numerical size and not the letter size (I get to gloriously wear a 3X as a size 14/16.) These puppies run small, but I can squeeze in just fine. Full coverage, no digging into my hips. Plus they're cotton, so they actually breathe.
