Add as much cranberry as you need, theres this flower called a butterfly pea blossom that makes anything you soak them in super super purple. They won't change the flavour but then you'll have a very purple drink with whatever ingredients you want. Just make sure you strain well!

They鈥檙e all largely the same. These are what I鈥檝e used twice now People find that plucking off the green parts reduces some of the vegetal character. That鈥檚 obviously pretty labor intensive so plan to have a big plate to dump them on, a plate for green, a plate for flower, and a good show to watch while you plug through it. I鈥檝e tossed them into secondary dry and I鈥檝e steeped them in the beginning and I don鈥檛 really perceive much difference in taste or performance either way. Same thing hibiscus.

I'm also a big fan of floral flavors in my Food, so I keep [rosewater](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001AO2HEM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Pa5PzbJN62GHB,[orange-blossom water](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001949REG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Cw5Pzb3AYNV0W), jasmine essence, lavender bud sugar, wild hibiscus flowers, butterfly pea buds and extract and candied flower petals like violet and rose in my pantry and cupboards at all times. If you want to jazz-up a cup of tea, make a pound cake more fancy, whip up a cocktail or make your own gummy or hard candy - having floral ingredients like these on hand lets you make any meal more luxurious.
